Arcseer works with a small number of authorised partners who have the capability to deliver offensive security services to a standard consistent with our platform. We are selective in who we work with, and our partners are trusted to represent Arcseer in environments where the margin for error is low.
These partners combine their own domain expertise with Arcseer's AI-driven penetration testing capabilities to address both security assurance and compliance requirements in complex, enterprise environments.
How we work with partners.
We work closely with partners to develop the technical and operational capability required to deliver services on the Arcseer platform. This means aligning to defined methodologies, building genuine familiarity with our approach to AI-augmented testing, and ensuring outputs meet the expectations of enterprise and regulated clients. We invest time in every partner relationship and expect the same in return.
Partners have access to a purpose-built portal from day one — housing deal registration, co-branded materials, pipeline tracking, certification content, and lab access. A named Partner Success Manager is assigned at signing and is accountable for your programme success across onboarding, deal pursuits, and quarterly reviews. This is not a helpdesk — your PSM is a working member of your go-to-market team.
Our commission structure is tiered and uncapped, with both initial deal and recurring subscription revenue opportunities. As your practice grows, the rates improve. Market Development Funds are available to eligible partners to support demand generation and field marketing activity, alongside joint campaign support and Arcseer sales resources for enterprise opportunities.

Becoming an Arcseer partner.
The application process is straightforward, but it is not a click-to-join programme. We take time to understand each firm we work with — the markets you serve, the clients you work with, and what you want to build. Most partners move from first conversation to signed agreement within two weeks.
Apply and align
Complete the partner application. Tell us about your firm, the clients you serve, your current offensive security capability, and what you want to achieve. Applications are reviewed within five business days, followed by a discovery call to explore fit — capability, client base, go-to-market approach, and programme tier. This is a two-way conversation; we expect you to pressure-test whether Arcseer is the right move for your practice.
Sign and get access
A straightforward digital partner agreement — clear terms, no ambiguous exclusivity clauses, no hidden obligations. Portal access is provisioned within 24 hours of execution. Your named Partner Success Manager makes contact the same day and stays with you throughout onboarding and beyond.
Certify and go to market
Complete the Arcseer Partner Certification through the portal — structured across foundation and practitioner tracks, with live lab access and hands-on scenarios. Your team should be demo-ready and delivery-capable within 30 days. Your PSM supports every stage of your first client engagement, from scoping through to report review, and a formal QBR at 90 days reviews pipeline and any support required to accelerate your practice.

Who we work with.
We prioritise organisations that bring demonstrable offensive security expertise, credibility with enterprise and regulated clients, and a genuine commitment to quality output. Firm size is not a criterion — some of our strongest partners are small, specialist teams with deep expertise in specific verticals or technology environments.
We do not work with organisations that intend to subcontract delivery or that lack an existing security practice. Partners are expected to represent Arcseer in-market with the same standards we hold ourselves to — technically, operationally, and in how they engage with clients.
